Anew did an excellent job refinishing my kitchen sink and tub. They gave me good advice about what was involved and were super quick and able to fit my job in in just a few days and on a Sunday at that! Terry was great to work with great communication somebody you’d be very comfortable having in your house. And now that I’ve had a chance to use the sink in the tub, I can see they are functioning better than they years. I definitely use this service again.

Amazing work repairing my kitchen sink!
They were able to come out next day from when I first called. The technician was on-time, friendly and prepared. Neill covered everything in the kitchen with plastic and tarped the floor keeping everything impeccably clean. The prep work was thorough and the tripple layer paint/repour left my retro sink looking brand new! Definitely worth the price! Happy customer here.

Excellent service! I love using this technique to restore showers and tubs. Time is money and this will save you a ton. No need to rip out walls and install a new tub. That’s really a lot more work than you think if you haven’t experienced it yet. But trust me I’ve done both. Now any time I can simply re-glaze I do. Additionally the non-slip surface he adds to the floor is amazing. No more disgusting rubber mats. Thanks for the help Terry, looks great!

We were having new glass installed in our shower but when the old glass was removed the fiberglass tub had a horrible stain. Even when the new glass was going to be installed it wouldn’t cover it up and we were going to see it every day. We were going to spend good money and not have a new look. The company was unable to tell us what chemicals to use and that it may not be able to be removed. So I went to the internet looking for a solution. The next day I filled out an information request and a few minutes later Terry (the owner called me). He told me he could send someone out Monday morning. Sunday night he confirmed it would be an hour later but I appreciated the communication and notice. Rolly and his helper showed up and about 1 1/2 hours later I had a shower pan that looked brand new! He was friendly, polite and did great work. Thanks for saving the day!

We had a terrible experience with Terry, who took over this business from the previous owner, just recently. Any review with Jon is from the previous owner. Terry is not qualified to do this work and actually puts people at risk due to his lack of thoroughness and safety measures. (Not to mention just poor quality work in general)
Initially, Terry seemed like a nice guy and we were excited to see the work he had done to reglaze our bathtub and tile. He left for the night and the next morning we looked at the work and everything he glazed felt like sandpaper. Terry admitted this was a mistake because he wasn't aware that when his paint gun gets dirty, this is what happens. He came back 4 days later to redo the entire job. He didn't offer and we did not ask for any compensation for the inconvenience of not having use of our bathroom for 1 week.
When he came back, things were even worse. Because he was rushing, he did not prep the area he was spraying and toxic chemicals were filling our house, setting off our smoke alarms. He did this while knowing my 6 months pregnant wife was in the room next door. Our entire house was coated in toxic dust, some of it permanently stuck to the surfaces and needed to be professionally removed. We called Poison Control and they advised us to stay out of the house until it could be professionally cleaned.
Terry charged us $1950 for the job and after having to ask multiple times agreed to a $1200 refund. He was not polite about this refund or apologetic. This initially seemed reasonable for the inconvenience and because we had to stay in a hotel until it was cleaned. After we came back to see the final product again, we realized he had actually done damage to our property and we asked for a full refund, which would not even cover the damage he had done. He sprayed our floor tile, mirror, and pretty much every item in the bathroom other than the tub. He refused our full refund request and then showed his true colors in his rude communication and lack of accountability.
To top it all off, as he was leaving our house during the second round he spilled paint all over some items in our garage and didn't have the decency to offer to clean it, or pay to replace the items. We only saw this a week after he had left. I texted him about it a week later with no response.
DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!!!
